Indemnity and entry terms

I enter the Correctional Ladies Association of Zambia Marathon 2026 of my own free will and at my own risk. I confirm that I am medically fit to take part in the distance I have selected and that I have prepared appropriately for it.

I release the Correctional Ladies Association of Zambia, the Zambia Correctional Service, the organisers, sponsors, officials and volunteers from any claim for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from my participation, however caused.

I accept that entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and that my place is not secured until payment is received.

I consent to receiving communication relating to this event, and to the organisers using photographs and video recorded at the event for reporting and promotional purposes.
